Companies or persons who Process Data will be required by Law to Register with the Information Commissioner by December 1, 2023
Non- compliance and other offenses under the act can carry Penalties up to $2,000,000 and /or 2 Years in Prison and up to 4% of Gross Revenue.
Legal action can also be brought against Company Officers, Managers and staff for committing an offense .
